This is an at home offering Kim created at the start of 2021 - at a time when we were all spending A LOT of time disconnected and not practicing in the same physical space.

Now Roots & Wings Yoga is blessed to have a beautiful studio space and the world is open to explore outside of our homes . And we hope you come to your mat as often as possible - even if you think you don’t have time to join us in person.

So as a thank you and to support you along your wellness journey, this offering is now being gifted to the RAW Yoga community. We feel it is still relevant today just as it was in 2021. May you enjoy the parts that resonate with you and leave the rest behind. This offering will be here for you to return to anytime you want a kick start to your meditation and/or asana practice or both.

Each plan is customizable and only 21 minutes per day (or less)!

21 Day Meditation Challenge

Meditation is proven to reduce stress, decrease anxiety and build resilience to the mind and body. In our experience, it also deepens your self awareness and connection with spirit.

Commit to finding stillness for 21 days. To begin, use the short guided meditations found in our 21 Day Challenge online library. We have three you can choose from, 5-7-9 minutes. This is a personal challenge, so make it fit in your life. Use the 21 Day Tracker to keep record of your progress and reflect on how your meditation practice transforms.

Looking for an added challenge? For those who have a current mediation practice, commit to 21 minutes for 21 days! You can do this! Either sit once a day for 21 minutes - OR - find stillness three times each day using our 5-7-9 guided meditations. Here is a suggested schedule:

  • Morning - 9 Minutes

  • Afternoon - 5 Minutes

  • Evening - 7 Minutes

There is no right or wrong way of doing this. So commit to what feels right and build your meditation practice one minute at a time.

Looking for a boost to your physical yoga practice? We are bringing back our beloved Yoga Fusion with a twist for this special 21 minutes per day for 21 days challenge!

You will find a 21 minute yoga practice in our RAW On Demand for each day of the week! These offerings have been created and sequenced to build strength and resilience in the body, mind, and spirit.

This curated yoga program includes yoga with weights (yoga fusion), vinyasa, yin, and Hatha-recovery yoga. Here is how this 3-week challenge is designed :

A downloadable 21 Day Tracker is included with space to write reflections to track your journey. Here is a suggested weekly schedule, but it is your practice so switch up your practices depending on what is happening in your life:

  • Monday-Yoga Fusion (back / biceps)

  • Tuesday - Yoga Fusion (legs)

  • Wednesday - Yoga Fusion (chest / triceps)

  • Thursday - Sun Salute Vinyasa

  • Friday - Yin Yoga

  • Saturday - Full Body Yoga Fusion

  • Sunday - Hatha Recovery Yoga
