Founded by Kim Carlson, Roots & Wings Yoga Wellness serves the warmest community of yogis in the Fishers/Indianapolis area and beyond. Whether you are new to the practice or a seasoned practitioner, we are open and accepting to all.

We are SOUL excited to announce we have moved into a new space inside Opt2liv in Geist! Classes are offered 7 days a week. Follow us on IG and FB to get the latest updates!

We are continuing to offer our FREE Community Yoga Wednesdays at Fishers Amphitheater from 9-10AM. Stay connected and see where you can find us by joining our RAW community. I wish you an abundance of blessings and I look forward to our paths crossing soon.

Kim Carlson

E-RYT 200, RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified
Kim stepped into her first yoga class in 2006 while pregnant with her twin boys. Since then, her yoga practice has evolved into a lifestyle she lovingly shares on and off the mat.

Kim loves introducing new students to yoga and reinvigorating students who have stepped away from yoga for whatever reason. You can expect to leave Kim’s classes feeling grounded, centered, and uplifted.

Guiding students on how to cultivate a personal practice, to feel empowered in their bodies, and to intertwine what they learn on their mats into their daily lives is at the root of Kim’s teaching philosophy.

 

Pam Niccum

RYT 200 Certified
Pam is a 200RYT instructor who aims to make yoga inclusive and enjoyable for all. Movement is crucial for daily living and healthy aging, but it doesn’t have to be boring! Expect variations for all levels and occasional “outside the lines” creativity, guaranteed to bring a little heat to the body.

Krista Loller

RYT 200 Certified
Krista is a 200RYT instructor whose intention is to help students build confidence to explore and nurture their mind, body and spirit in a fun and safe environment. Her mission is to liberate bodies through dynamic and therapeutic vinyasas. The body is our best teacher - we need to listen to it and the mind is often the biggest distraction- we need to quiet it. Krista loves they way yoga makes her feel and it allows her to eat more chocolate!

Jennifer Mocarski

RYT 200 Certified
Jen is a RYT 200 instructor. Her love for yoga began 23 years ago in a prenatal yoga class. She believes yoga is for everyone and likes to create a space and practice that encourage healthy movement and a joyful heart. Jen will encourage you to find your personal balance between effort and ease as you explore the art of yoga.

Wendy Disbro

RYT 200 Certified
Wendy is a RYT200 instructor. Her hidden talent is her “Cowardly Lion” laugh. Her bucket list includes visiting all lighthouses within the US. Her mission is to create a welcoming, peaceful place for all clients to feel calm, bliss and tranquility. She utilizes breathing techniques to anchor into the present moment.

Lucy Neely

RYT 500 Certified, Accessible Yoga Ambassador, Meditation Certified, iRest Level 1
Lucy has always been an avid fitness enthusiast. She began her yoga journey in 2015 to supplement her gym workouts and quickly fell in love with the practice. Lucy is an E-RYT® 200, RYT 500 instructor whose intention is to offer movement through yoga that is inclusive to all levels and abilities. She is trained in meditation and pranayama and uses these techniques to provide an atmosphere that is serene, while her passion for fitness will challenge you wherever you are in your yoga/fitness journey.
